Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Medical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all medical aspects of our pharmaceutical operations in the region. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure compliance with local regulations, develop medical strategies, and provide medical support to the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical strategies to support the commercial objectives of the company.
- Provide medical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct medical training for internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and analyze medical data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in medical conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with global medical teams to align on medical strategies and initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams on medical projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
- Medical degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and healthcare landscape in Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in medical affairs or medical marketing is preferred.
