We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Clerk to join our team in Dubai. As a Medical Office Clerk in a retail setting, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the medical office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Maintain electronic health records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Process patient billing and insurance claims
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks as needed
- Order and maintain office and medical supplies
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Medical Office Clerk or similar role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Medical Office Administration
- Previous experience working in a retail healthcare setting
