We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Medical Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all medical records in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a healthcare setting and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain all medical records in a secure and confidential manner
- Ensure that all medical records are accurately documented and up-to-date
- Retrieve and file medical records as needed for healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to medical recordkeeping
- Assist with data entry and record management tasks as needed
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all medical records at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Years of Experience: 2-5 years
