### Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Technician to join our team in Dubai's construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining medical records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating efficient access to patient information. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of employees within the construction environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Record Management: Organize and maintain medical records for employees, ensuring that all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Data Entry: Input patient data and medical histories into electronic health record (EHR) systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compliance: Ensure that all medical records are maintained in compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Confidentiality: Safeguard the confidentiality of all medical records and patient information, adhering to data protection laws and ethical standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, occupational health specialists, and human resources to facilitate the exchange of information and support employee health initiatives.
- Reporting: Generate reports on employee health status, incidents, and medical history as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing any discrepancies as necessary.
- Training: Assist in the training of new staff on medical record management processes and electronic systems.
- Support Services: Provide administrative support to the occupational health department, including scheduling appointments, filing, and responding to inquiries related to medical records.

### Qualifications:

- Education: An associate's degree or diploma in Health Information Management, Medical Records Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical records management or a related field within a healthcare or occupational health setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical coding; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminology, coding systems, and privacy regulations, such as HIPAA or equivalent local laws.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in record-keeping.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff and healthcare providers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

### Working Conditions:

- This position is based in an office environment within a construction site, where adherence to safety protocols is essential.
- May require occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours to meet project deadlines.
