We are seeking a highly motivated Merchandise Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction materials and products, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandising team in selecting and purchasing construction materials and products
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting demand for products
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper merchandising and display of products in stores
- Assist in developing promotional strategies and marketing campaigns for construction products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry
- Prepare reports and analyze sales data to track performance of products
- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in merchandising or purchasing in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
