We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a strong background in merchandising and marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track merchandise sales
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize merchandise placement and presentation
- Provide support to the marketing team in organizing events and promotional activities
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in merchandising or marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of real estate trends and market dynamics in Dubai
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
