We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Microbiology Laboratory Technician to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and laboratory techniques, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing on samples collected from various properties within our Real Estate portfolio
- Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment and techniques to analyze samples for microbial content
- Maintain accurate records of all test results and communicate findings to the appropriate team members
- Assist in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laboratory protocols
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field

- Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and methodologies
