We are currently seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our team in Dubai. As a Mill Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machinery in an educational setting. Your primary duties will include setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust milling machines to produce specific cuts and shapes
- Monitor machinery during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Record production data and maintain accurate records
- Train and supervise junior operators as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [X] years of experience as a Mill Operator
- Knowledge of milling machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
