We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our agricultural team in Abu Dhabi. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment used in the agricultural industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment to support our farming operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair a variety of machinery and equipment used in agricultural operations, such as tractors, irrigation systems, and processing equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to identify the root cause of problems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed to repair machinery
- Collaborate with other team members to implement improvements to machinery and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Millwright in an agricultural setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in millwrighting or a related field
- Experience working with agricultural machinery and equipment
