Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience repairing a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices. The Mobile Device Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, performing maintenance and upgrades, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices
- Perform hardware and software repairs, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and software updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repair options and pricing to customers
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up to date on the latest mobile device technology and repair techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [2-5] years of experience repairing mobile devices
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile device hardware and software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
