We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Molecular Biologist Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will work closely with molecular biologists and other scientists to support research and development efforts in the field of real estate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist molecular biologists in conducting experiments and analyzing data
- Prepare samples, reagents, and solutions for experiments
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of experimental procedures and results
- Assist in the development and optimization of molecular biology techniques
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and milestones
- Stay current with relevant scientific literature and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research laboratory setting
- Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques and principles
- Experience with DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, and sequencing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
