We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Molecular Biologist Assistant to join our pharmaceutical research team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of molecular biologists to support various research projects aimed at developing new pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and execution of experiments related to molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, and DNA sequencing.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis.
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the development of research proposals.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experiments and optimize protocols.
- Stay current with advances in molecular biology research and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a research laboratory setting.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology techniques and principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scientific software programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Molecular Biology or a related field.
- Experience with animal cell culture techniques.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical research and development processes.

This is a full-time position based in Sharjah, UAE. The salary and benefits package will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
