Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant, you will work closely with our Mortgage Loan Officers to assist in the processing and closing of mortgage loans for our retail clients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Mortgage Loan Officers in gathering and organizing loan documentation from clients
- Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the loan process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction
- Prepare loan applications and submit them to underwriting for approval
- Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and title companies to facilitate timely closings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files and databases
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the loan process

Requirements:
- [X] years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software
- Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
