We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of mortgage operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of mortgage operations staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline mortgage operations processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Review loan applications and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on mortgage operations performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements
