We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mortgage operations within the energy industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, closing, and funding
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage a team of mortgage operations staff, providing training and guidance as needed
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
