We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics Specialist to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As a Motion Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing animations and graphics to enhance our marketing and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects
- Design and create motion graphics for various marketing materials including videos, presentations, and social media content
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality design standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and video production
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
- [X] years of experience in motion graphics and video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
