Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of visual communication principles, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging multimedia presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Create innovative and visually appealing designs for a variety of multimedia formats, including digital presentations, marketing materials, videos, and animations that effectively communicate project concepts and brand messages.

- Content Creation: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to produce high-quality visual content that supports project objectives, including infographics, diagrams, and promotional videos.

- 3D Modeling and Animation: Utilize software tools to create 3D models and animations of construction projects, showcasing architectural designs and project developments to stakeholders and clients.

- Brand Management: Ensure all multimedia outputs are consistent with the company’s branding guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of multimedia assets while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

- Client Interaction: Present design concepts and finished products to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet their expectations.

- Research and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in multimedia design and construction, applying this knowledge to enhance design quality and effectiveness.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that increase brand visibility and engage target audiences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within the construction or architectural sectors.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital graphics, animations, and video content.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
