We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Museum Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our museum in Sharjah, with a focus on information technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both museum management and IT systems, with a passion for art and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the museum
- Oversee the maintenance and security of the museum's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to museum staff and visitors
- Collaborate with curators and exhibition designers to incorporate technology into museum exhibits and interactive displays
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to procure and install new IT equipment and software
- Monitor and track museum attendance and visitor feedback using digital analytics tools
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices for cybersecurity
- Prepare and manage the museum's IT budget, including forecasting and reporting on expenses
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in museum technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the visitor experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Information Technology, or a related field
