We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Museum Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for consumer goods and museum management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum, ensuring a smooth and efficient visitor experience
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper functioning of all museum activities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance museum operations
- Manage and train museum staff, including security personnel, tour guides, and administrative staff
- Monitor and maintain museum facilities, including exhibitions, galleries, and storage areas
- Work closely with curators and exhibit designers to plan and execute museum exhibitions
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to promote museum events and programs
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for museum operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Arts Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in museum operations or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of museum best practices and industry trends
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and museum management software
