We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Museum Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our museum in Sharjah, focused on energy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts and history, as well as strong leadership and managerial skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the museum
- Manage a team of staff, including security, maintenance, and administrative personnel
- Coordinate with curators, educators, and other museum staff to plan and execute exhibitions, events, and educational programs
- Oversee the maintenance and preservation of the museum's collection, including managing conservation efforts and storage facilities
- Monitor and manage the museum's budget, including forecasting and reporting on financial performance
- Work with vendors and suppliers to procure goods and services for the museum
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, Art History, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in museum operations or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of museum best practices and industry standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of museum professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
