We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Conductor to lead our orchestra in Dubai, based in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of talented musicians.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct rehearsals and performances with precision and enthusiasm
- Develop and implement creative and engaging musical programs
- Collaborate with musicians, composers, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of performances
- Provide constructive feedback to musicians to improve their skills and performance
- Manage the overall artistic direction of the orchestra
- Attend meetings and events related to the orchestra's activities
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new musicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Music Conductor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of a wide range of musical styles and genres
- Experience working with diverse groups of musicians
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
