We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Conductor to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the unique intersection of music and agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both music and agriculture, with a strong background in conducting and leading musical performances.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct musical performances related to agriculture events, such as agricultural fairs, farm-to-table dinners, and farmer's markets
- Collaborate with agricultural organizations and farmers to create music that reflects the spirit and values of the agriculture industry
- Work with musicians and performers to bring agricultural themes to life through music
- Coordinate rehearsals and performances, ensuring that all musical aspects are executed to the highest standard
- Engage with audiences and participants to create a memorable and immersive experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in conducting music performances
- Strong knowledge and understanding of agricultural practices and values
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
