We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Conductor to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Music Conductor will be responsible for leading and directing our healthcare facility's choir and orchestra during performances and rehearsals. This individual will work closely with healthcare professionals to create a music program that enhances the healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead rehearsals and performances of the healthcare facility's choir and orchestra
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop music therapy programs for patients
- Select appropriate music pieces for performances that align with the healthcare facility's mission and values
- Conduct regular auditions to recruit new choir and orchestra members
- Organize and oversee music concerts and events within the healthcare facility
- Provide musical direction and guidance to choir and orchestra members
- Ensure all performances are executed to a high standard and meet the expectations of the audience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Music Conductor in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and musicians
- Knowledge of music therapy techniques and principles
- Experience conducting choirs and orchestras of varying skill levels
- Familiarity with a wide range of musical genres and styles
