Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Music Director Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Music Director Assistant will work closely with the Music Director to support the planning and execution of music-related projects and initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for music and a background in information technology.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Music Director in curating music playlists and organizing music-related events for the company.
- Research and stay updated on the latest trends in the music industry, particularly as they relate to technology.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company to integrate music into their projects and initiatives.
- Assist in managing the company's music library and licensing agreements.
- Support the Music Director in overseeing musical performances and recordings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong passion for music and a good understanding of music theory and composition.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a music-related role.
- Familiarity with music production software and tools.
- Experience in event planning and coordination.
