We are seeking a talented and passionate Music Director Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Music Director Assistant will work closely with the Music Director to assist in all aspects of music production and coordination for our consumer goods company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Music Director in creating and maintaining music playlists for various marketing campaigns and events
- Coordinate with artists, producers, and composers to select appropriate music for projects
- Assist in sourcing and licensing music for use in advertising, promotions, and other marketing materials
- Organize and maintain the music library, ensuring all files are properly labeled and organized
- Assist in coordinating music recording sessions and live performances
- Attend meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for music selection and integration in marketing initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the Music Director as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Production, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a music-related role, preferably in a consumer goods or marketing environment
- Strong knowledge of music genres, trends, and licensing requirements
- Proficiency in music editing software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Passion for music and a creative mindset
