We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Director to join our team in Sharjah. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the music program within our Information Technology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Selecting and arranging music for company events, presentations, and projects
- Collaborating with other departments to incorporate music into various initiatives
- Leading rehearsals and conducting performances with a high level of professionalism
- Developing and implementing a music curriculum for employees interested in learning and improving their musical skills
- Managing and maintaining musical instruments and equipment
- Networking and building relationships within the music industry to bring in guest musicians and performers for company events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Music Director or similar role
- Proficiency in playing at least one musical instrument
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
- Knowledge of various music genres and styles
- Experience with music production software and technology
