We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Director to join our team in Sharjah. As a Music Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the music department within our consumer goods company. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement music strategies that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Curate and create music playlists for in-store experiences, marketing campaigns, and events
- Source and license music for promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content
- Collaborate with artists, producers, and music labels to create exclusive content for our brand
- Manage the music budget and negotiate contracts with vendors and partners
- Stay current on music trends, industry developments, and emerging artists
- Coordinate live music performances and entertainment for company events and activations
- Oversee the production and distribution of custom music tracks and sound design for products and campaigns
- Lead and mentor a team of music coordinators, editors, and interns
- Ensure all music content meets legal and ethical standards and aligns with our brand values

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Production, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in music curation, production, or direction
- Strong knowledge of various music genres, styles, and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in music editing software and digital audio workstations
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A passion for music and a creative mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
