We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our telecommunications team in Al Ain. The Network Systems Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and be able to troubleshoot network issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and software
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot network problems and outages; schedule upgrades; collaborate with network architects on network optimization
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
- Support and maintain firewall and intrusion detection systems
- Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams
- Participate in designing and implementing network infrastructure
- Ensure network infrastructure is up to date with the latest security patches and upgrades
- Provide technical support to end users and work closely with the help desk team
- Perform network system backups and disaster recovery operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in network administration
- Strong knowledge of network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
