We are seeking a talented and experienced Newspaper Editor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Newspaper Editor in the Information Technology industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial content of our newspaper, ensuring accuracy, quality, and relevance to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate editorial content for the newspaper, including news articles, features, and opinion pieces related to Information Technology.
- Edit and proofread articles for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring they adhere to the newspaper's editorial guidelines.
- Manage a team of writers, reporters, and contributors, assigning tasks and providing feedback to ensure high-quality content is produced.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and news to identify relevant topics for coverage in the newspaper.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and engaging newspaper layout.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, sources, and stakeholders to secure exclusive content and interviews.
- Monitor reader feedback and engagement with the newspaper to make data-driven decisions on content strategy and improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field.
