We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing all nightly operations, ensuring accuracy of financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audits of the company's financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns during the night shift
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed
- Handle any reservations or bookings made during the night shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with any other tasks or projects as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Knowledge of property management systems
