Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nuclear Engineer Assistant to join our dynamic team in the pharmaceutical sector. The successful candidate will support our nuclear engineering projects, focusing on the application of nuclear technology in the development and production of pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
- Assist nuclear engineers in the design, analysis, and implementation of nuclear systems and processes within pharmaceutical applications.
- Participate in the development of protocols for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials used in pharmaceuticals.

2. Research and Development:
- Conduct literature reviews and assist in experimental design related to the application of nuclear techniques in drug development and quality control.
- Collaborate in the testing and validation of new nuclear-based technologies to enhance pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Support compliance with local and international regulations related to nuclear safety and pharmaceutical standards.
- Help prepare documentation for regulatory submissions and inspections, ensuring all procedures adhere to safety and quality guidelines.

4. Data Analysis:
- Analyze experimental data and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize software tools to model nuclear processes and evaluate their impact on pharmaceutical production.

5. Safety and Training:
- Participate in safety training programs related to radiation protection and emergency response.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for staff on safe practices regarding nuclear materials.

6. Project Management:
- Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of nuclear engineering projects.
- Maintain project documentation and assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Radiological Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in nuclear engineering, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of nuclear principles, radiation safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices is a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and engineering simulation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
