Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Program Manager to join our innovative healthcare team in the retail sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of nursing programs that align with our organizational goals, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate nursing programs tailored to the retail healthcare environment, ensuring they meet the needs of the community and stakeholders.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional development and high standards of patient care.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing services, implementing improvement initiatives as necessary. Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and industry standards.

- Training and Development: Develop training programs for nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide exceptional patient care.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the nursing program budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, to enhance integrated patient care services.

- Data Analysis: Analyze patient care data and feedback to drive improvements in nursing practices and patient outcomes.

- Community Engagement: Engage with the community to promote nursing services and educate the public about available healthcare options within the retail setting.

- Policy Development: Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nursing practices and patient care, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards in the UAE.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.

- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive change effectively.

- Proficient in data analysis and performance improvement methodologies.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
