We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, operations, and financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the office.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Oversee office budget and expenses.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in financial reporting and budget planning.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Resolve any office-related issues or conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or operations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
