We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong background in office operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all office operations and administrative functions
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline workflow and increase efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Manage office supplies and inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Supervise office staff and provide training and support as necessary
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Monitor and track office expenses and budget
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Lead special projects as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in office operations management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office management software and systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
