We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Nurse Assistant to join our pharmaceutical company in Sharjah. The Oncology Nurse Assistant will work closely with oncology nurses and medical professionals to provide care and support to cancer patients undergoing treatment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting oncology nurses with patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and monitoring patient reactions to treatment
- Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families throughout their cancer journey
- Assisting with patient education on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care techniques
- Maintaining patient records and documentation accurately and confidentially
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care

Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or relevant certification
- At least 2 years of experience in oncology nursing or a related field
- Knowledge of cancer treatments, medications, and side effects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
