We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Nurse Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide support to oncology nurses in delivering high-quality care to cancer patients.

Responsibilities:
- Assist oncology nurses in administering medications and treatments to patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Help patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Assist in documenting patient information and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in oncology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to oncology care
