We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Nurse to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and a passion for providing high-quality care to cancer patients. This position is based in an educational setting, where you will work closely with students and faculty to provide education and support in the field of oncology nursing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy, monitoring vital signs, and managing symptoms and side effects.
- Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for oncology patients.
- Participate in research projects and clinical trials related to oncology nursing.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in oncology nursing and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in the UAE
- [X] years of experience in oncology nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of oncology treatments and procedures
