We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our transportation and logistics services
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and research
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Valid UAE driver's license
