We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outdoor Recreation Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and a strong background in organizing and leading recreational programs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead outdoor recreational activities for employees, such as hiking, camping, and team-building exercises
- Develop and implement safety guidelines and procedures for all outdoor activities
- Maintain and inspect recreational equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment and supplies for outdoor activities
- Assist in the design and construction of outdoor recreational facilities on company premises
- Provide training and guidance to employees on outdoor recreational activities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Outdoor Education, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in organizing and leading outdoor recreational activities
- Strong knowledge of outdoor safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
