We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outreach Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our healthcare services and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of our healthcare services within the community.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Coordinate and attend community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to promote our services.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for outreach initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data on outreach activities to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide education and information to community members about healthcare services, health insurance, and wellness programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing outreach programs targeted towards specific populations or health issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare outreach or community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and programs in Dubai.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
