Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the energy sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our outreach initiatives, building relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our projects and programs within the region. The Outreach Coordinator will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and will represent the organization at various events and forums.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community groups, and industry partners.
- Conduct research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration in the energy sector.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote awareness and support for our energy initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate our mission and objectives effectively.

3. Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate outreach events, including conferences, seminars, and community engagement activities, ensuring successful execution and follow-up.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences, delivering presentations as needed.

4. Communication and Marketing:
- Develop outreach materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content to promote our initiatives and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the organization’s visibility and brand presence in the energy sector.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Track and analyze outreach efforts, providing regular reports on engagement metrics and impact.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on feedback and evaluation findings to improve effectiveness.

6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, researchers, and policy analysts, to align outreach efforts with ongoing projects and priorities.
- Support the development of proposals and funding applications by providing outreach insights and stakeholder analysis.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Environmental Science, Energy Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in outreach, public relations, or community engagement, preferably within the energy sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public speaking and presenting.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with the energy sector, renewable energy initiatives, and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
