We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outreach Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with extensive experience in managing outreach programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase community engagement and awareness of our transportation services
- Manage and oversee all outreach programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
- Coordinate outreach events and activities, including community meetings, workshops, and educational programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs, and make recommendations for improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and industry partners
- Manage a team of outreach specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of outreach programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 4-8 years of experience in outreach program management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful outreach strategies and initiatives
- Experience managing a team and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry trends in Abu Dhabi
