Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outreach Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in driving our outreach initiatives within the financial services sector, ensuring that we build strong relationships with our stakeholders and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record in operational excellence and outreach program development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage outreach programs that align with the company’s strategic goals in the financial services sector.
- Establish measurable objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program success and impact.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication, meetings, and events.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

3. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of outreach programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

4. Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the overall outreach strategy, identifying trends and opportunities within the financial services landscape.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform program development and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and pursue new outreach opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.

5. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of outreach coordinators and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide training and resources to team members to ensure they are equipped to successfully execute outreach initiatives.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

6. Reporting and Compliance:
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on program status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to outreach activities.
- Manage budgets associated with outreach programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in program management, outreach operations, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and community engagement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track program effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the financial services sector in the UAE.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
