We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parole Officer to join our team in Dubai, specifically focusing on the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal justice and experience working with individuals on parole or probation.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews and assessments with individuals on parole in the construction industry
- Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans to assist individuals in successfully reintegrating into society
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of individuals on parole, ensuring compliance with court-ordered conditions
- Collaborating with other criminal justice professionals, such as social workers and psychologists, to provide comprehensive support to parolees
- Conducting regular check-ins and home visits to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals on parole
- Providing guidance and support to individuals on parole, helping them navigate challenges and access resources
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions and progress reports for each parolee

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience working in the criminal justice system, preferably in a parole or probation setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of Dubai's legal system and regulations related to parole and probation
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
