We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parole Officer with a background in Information Technology to join our team in Dubai. The Parole Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the parole process for individuals who have been released from prison and are under community supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, as well as experience working with parolees and ensuring their compliance with parole conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting risk assessments and developing supervision plans for parolees
- Monitoring and tracking the activities and whereabouts of parolees using IT tools and systems
- Providing guidance and support to parolees to help them successfully reintegrate into society
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, social services, and other stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of parolees
- Conducting regular meetings and check-ins with parolees to assess their progress and address any issues or concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of parolee activities and compliance with parole conditions
- Responding to emergencies and incidents involving parolees in a timely and effective manner
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and trends in parole supervision

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- [Number] years of experience working in parole supervision or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and tools for tracking and monitoring individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Understanding of the criminal justice system and the parole process
- Certification in parole or probation supervision is a plus
