Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parole Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the field of Telecommunications. The Parole Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cases of individuals who have been released on parole in relation to telecommunications offenses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting interviews with parolees to assess their progress and compliance with parole conditions
- Monitoring parolees' activities and behavior to ensure they are meeting the requirements of their parole
- Collaborating with law enforcement agencies, social services, and other relevant parties to coordinate services for parolees
- Providing guidance and support to parolees in accessing resources and programs that will help them successfully reintegrate into society
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of parolees' progress and compliance with parole conditions
- Conducting regular home visits and meetings with parolees to ensure their well-being and adherence to parole conditions
- Responding to parole violations and taking appropriate action to address non-compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working in a similar role within the telecommunications industry
- Knowledge of Dubai's legal system and regulations related to parole and telecommunications offenses
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to various locations
