We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our pharmaceutical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing quality care to patients. The Patient Care Technician will work under the supervision of nurses and doctors to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient hygiene and personal care needs
- Administer medications under the direction of a nurse or doctor
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as wound care and phlebotomy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified Patient Care Technician program
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification is preferred
