We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in payroll operations, with a strong background in information technology.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the payroll operations for the company
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees
- Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Manage payroll software systems and troubleshoot any issues
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes
- Provide training and support to team members on payroll processes
- Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll operations
- Strong understanding of information technology systems
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
