We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Payroll Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws and company policies. This position will be based in a retail environment, so experience in retail payroll operations is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for all retail employees, including data entry, calculation of wages, and processing of payroll taxes and deductions
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to employees, including bonuses, commissions, and overtime
- Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on changes to labor laws and regulations in Dubai and ensure compliance in all payroll processes
- Prepare payroll reports for management and provide analysis of payroll data as needed
- Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Experience with payroll software and systems, preferably SAP or Oracle
