We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management within the transportation and logistics industry, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement payroll processes, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees
- Manage payroll team and ensure all payroll deadlines are met
- Oversee payroll audits to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and financial reporting
- Analyze payroll data and identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for payroll processing and related services
- Act as a subject matter expert on all payroll matters and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
